TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “T&Cs”) apply to the website www.routedurhum.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Digital Platform”).
The T&Cs apply to all persons accessing the Digital Platform (hereinafter the “User”).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Digital Platform and its content, including but not limited to data, information, logos, trademarks, comments, works, texts, illustrations, and images, are protected under French law, notably the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, as well as international copyright conventions.
Any use, including copying, reproduction, representation, translation, adaptation, distribution, whether in full or in part, of the content or information on the Digital Platform, in any form or by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Publisher (Article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code). To obtain such authorization, the User may send a request to the following email address: communication@ocgroup.com
Any use of the content of the Digital Platform is limited solely to the authorizations granted in Article 3 below.
3. Use of the Digital Platform Without Creating a User Account
The Publisher of the Digital Platform grants the User, for private purposes, a temporary, revocable, non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license conferring a limited right of use of the content of the Digital Platform under the following conditions:

Consult the editorial content.

Partially save pages during consultation, on a single personal computer or mobile device, for the purposes of single-screen display and a single paper printout, strictly for the private use of the User.
The Publisher grants the User the possibility of sharing the content of the Digital Platform publicly:

Either through the standard social media sharing tools available via the sharing buttons provided.

Or by reproducing the title, two lines of the article, and creating a link to the original article.
In the event of non-compliance with Articles 2 and 3 of these T&Cs, and more broadly with the Intellectual Property Code, the Publisher reserves the right to seek compensation for any infringement of its copyrights, by anyone, in good or bad faith. The Publisher also reserves the right to take legal action or file a claim to prevent, halt, and sanction any unauthorized use of the Digital Platform.
4. Use of the Digital Platform With the Creation of a User Account
4.1. Creation of a User Account on the Digital Platform
A user account may be created online on the Digital Platform after the Client provides personal information, chooses a login (valid email address), and sets a password.
4.2. General Provisions Regarding Login and Password
The use of the login and password is strictly personal and reserved for the Client only. The Client undertakes to choose a strong password and not to disclose it.
The Client shall be solely responsible for any disclosure of their password and for any use of their login by themselves or third parties. Any disclosure of the password by the Client shall render them directly and fully liable for any damages resulting from such unauthorized use.
The Client may change their password at any time. Such modification will automatically invalidate the previous password.
In the event of misuse or unauthorized use of login details by a third party, the Client undertakes to inform the Publisher as soon as possible.
In case of non-compliance by the Client with the obligations arising from these T&Cs, the Client’s access to the content and additional services of the Digital Platform may be immediately suspended or terminated by operation of law without prior notice or formal warning.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify the Digital Platform and the conditions of access at any time, without the Client being entitled to object.
5. User Liability
The User guarantees the Publisher that their use of the Digital Platform does not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g., privacy rights, defamation, image rights, copyright, etc.), public order, or morality, and complies with these T&Cs.
6. Publisher Liability
The Publisher takes the utmost care in compiling and updating the information available on the Digital Platform. It reserves the right to modify or correct the content at any time without notice.
The Publisher cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, data transmission times, or the security of information inherent to the internet, which the User acknowledges being aware of and accepts with its characteristics and limitations. The User specifically acknowledges having ensured that the technical features of their internet connection, hardware, and software allow proper access to the service.
The User is also responsible for taking any appropriate measures they deem necessary to protect their own data and/or software and/or hardware from potential contamination by viruses or other cyber threats circulating on the internet, and the Publisher shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for any such contamination.
Consequently, the Publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Digital Platform or any information obtained through it.
Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly causes damage to the Publisher may give rise to a compensation claim against the User in favor of the Publisher.
7. Hyperlinks
The Digital Platform may contain links to partner websites or other sites and sources. The Publisher exercises no control over these websites and assumes no responsibility for their accessibility, content, advertising, products, services, etc., available on or from such sites. The Publisher nevertheless reserves the right to remove from its Digital Platform any link to an external page containing content likely to offend Users’ sensibilities, as soon as it becomes aware of it.
8. Protection of Personal Data
All provisions concerning the protection of personal data and the management of cookies and trackers are available on the dedicated page.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with common law rules.
