The Telegram

Le Télégramme, the fifth largest regional daily newspaper in France by circulation (source ACPM), is the hub of a diversified group which develops its activities in three main areas: Print, digital and TV media (Le Télégramme, le Mensuel de Rennes, Bretagne Magazine, Tébéo-Tébésud, Mer & Marine, etc.), Employment (HelloWork group), Events (offshore racing and outdoor sports).
Through its subsidiary OC Sport-PenDuick, Le Groupe Télégramme is the organizer of ocean races including the Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe, The Transat CIC (formerly the English Transat) and the ARKÉA ULTIM CHALLENGE-Brest solo, as well as the Solitaire du Figaro. It is also a major shareholder in C2G, the organizer of the Printemps de Bourges and the Francofolies.
Rivacom, another major company in the group, is a major player in communications and events in the West, from press relations to the organization of turnkey public relations operations and sporting events such as the ATP tennis tournaments in Brest, Rennes, Angers and Vendée.
With its 400 employees, the HelloWork group (RégionsJob, Cadreo, Diplomeo, JobiJoba, Seekube, etc.) based in Rennes, is the leading French digital player in the fields of employment, recruitment, and training.
The various entities of the Télégramme group currently have 1,000 employees and an annual turnover of €160 million.
Le Télégramme média is distributed in Brittany through its 19 local printed editions (175,000 copies), its digital channels (15 million visitors per month), and its two regional television stations, Tébéo and Tébésud. Its history is marked by technical innovations. It was the first French daily to adopt four-color printing in the early 1970s and, in 2022, one of the first French regional dailies to opt for the tabloid format. In 2022, it invested €20 million in a new, state-of-the-art printing plant.
Recipient of 10 stars from the OJD since 2004 and voted best French daily newspaper at the Grand Prix des Médias in 2015, Le Télégramme was included by Capital in its 2019 ranking of the 500 best employers in France, ranking 2nd in the media sector. It is also one of ten French press titles and one of only two regional press titles to have obtained the maximum score of 100 out of 100 in the 2021 Newsguard report.
