Operating since 1887, the Bologne distillery is the oldest distillery in Guadeloupe, guardian of ancestral know-how and unwavering standards. Its identity rests in part on the famous black cane, a rare and emblematic variety, which gives its rums exceptional aromatic intensity and finesse.
