From the village. Experience the "show" together

It will already be the last day for the Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe village. After 13 days of festivities and a final concert on Saturday evening, featuring Deluxe on the main stage, it's time for the start. Even though the docks will be empty after the last boats depart, the village will remain open. Visitors can enjoy the stands and food areas. Most importantly, they'll have the best spot to watch the start on the giant screens located throughout the village. An ideal option for enjoying a beautiful sunny day and not missing a single moment of the skippers' first miles of the race!

Behind his screen. An extraordinary setup

All offshore racing enthusiasts, as well as those simply curious and watching on television, won't miss a thing from this spectacular event. The live video broadcast will offer a concentrated dose of the most stunning images thanks to a significant deployment of resources on the water and the presence of 6 dedicated helicopters.

At the same time, a live stream will also be available on YouTube, on the race's social media channels, and on the official Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe website. This live stream will be commentated by Andi Robertson, who will be joined by Australian Lincoln Dews.

From the coast. Restricted access for visitors

All along the coast, access areas for observing the boats will be very limited. Measures to protect natural habitats, established by the Natura 2000 network, have been implemented. The goal? To preserve the flora and fauna in these areas and ensure that their environment is not damaged. Public access is therefore prohibited at Pointe du Meniga. In addition, access will be regulated at Cap de Fréhel, Pointe du Grouin, Pointe de Rochefroide, Pointe de la Varde, and around the Cézembre Islands. A map of the protected areas, along with all the restrictions and specific measures, is available on the Route du Rhum – Destination Guadeloupe website.

How to follow the race

After the start and the live video broadcast, the race is just beginning. To follow each skipper's progress, visit the race website. The race map, updated hourly throughout the race, will be available. Reactions and videos from the skippers will also be available on the website and across all of the race's social media channels.
