Trained as an engineer and an amateur sailor, I discovered offshore crewed sailing 30 years ago and was immediately captivated.
After experiencing solo sailing during the 2022 Route du Rhum, which proved to be a major challenge, I decided to return this year to improve my performance on a more reliable boat and, above all, to enjoy myself at sea.
I am taking this opportunity to support Ecolhuma, a non-profit organization that helps teachers maximize the chances of success for disadvantaged youth.
