biography
A seasoned sailor originally from Lamballe, Gilles Lamiré has dedicated over 15 years to sailing the seas, accumulating extensive experience on various types of vessels, from luxury yachts to multihulls, particularly in the Caribbean.
Back in Brittany, he distinguished himself in the world of offshore racing, notably with five participations in the Route du Rhum and the Transat Jacques Vabre. He won The Transat (English Transatlantic Race) in 2016, in the Multi50 class, sailing from Plymouth to New York in record time, and then the Transat Jacques Vabre in 2019 with Antoine Carpentier.
