Biography
Aina Bauza Roig is a sailor from Mallorca, based in Lorient. After several years in Olympic sailing, she turned to offshore racing. In 2024, she set a solo world record for the transatlantic crossing between Cadiz and San Salvador. In 2026, she competed in her second season in the Class40, having already completed two transatlantic crossings in this class as skipper, including participation in the 2025 Transat Café L’Or. She is now preparing for the 2026 Route du Rhum.
