Biography

Aina Bauza Roig is a sailor from Majorca, based in Lorient. After several years of Olympic sailing, she turned to offshore racing. In 2024, she set a solo world record for the Atlantic crossing between Cadiz and San Salvador. In 2026, she is racing her second season in Class40, having completed two transatlantic crossings in the class as skipper, including the 2025 Transat Café L'Or. She is now preparing for the 2026 Route du Rhum.
