Biography

Sailors are always dreaming of heading out to sea, yet not a day goes by without them mentioning the waters of their first sailing experiences. For Arnaud Boissières, it's the famous Arcachon Bay. Funny, friendly, sociable, and open, the skipper of the IMOCA APRIL Marine, formerly Hugo Boss in 2016, charms with his approachability and reminds us that you can sail seriously without taking yourself too seriously. Immediately embraced by the offshore racing world and nicknamed "Cali," a playful and affectionate nod, he's preparing for his fifth participation in the Route du Rhum in 2026.
