INFORMATION
profile

"Performance only makes sense if it is economical in its means and united in its objectives: this is the ambition we are pursuing with the Cap Agir Ensemble project."
Sébastien MARSSET
biography
An exceptional navigator and technician, Sébastien Marsset has forged a rare expertise on the most demanding offshore racing vessels. In 2025, he made a lasting impression by completing his first Vendée Globe in 27th place. Starting with one of the tightest budgets and the oldest boat in the fleet, he demonstrated the viability of his "high-performance frugality" model. Through his "Cap Agir Ensemble" project, he advocates for responsible offshore racing and uses his platform to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in partnership with ADAPEILA.
